Here at Unique Kidz and Co, we pride ourselves on providing a service that families can trust. Our centre offers a safe and welcoming environment which is equipped and staffed to provide the best possible social and play experience for your child.
To make sure that your unique children get the most from their time spent with us, we ask that you come along and visit and then complete an ‘All About Me’ booklet. This lets us know what individual and group activities will work well and how we can provide the best service for you. This communication stays open for as long as you’re with us, making sure that your children’s needs are always met.
We always do our best to keep costs as low as possible so that all children can join us. Our highly qualified, experienced, and DBS-checked Play Workers endeavour to ensure that every child has the supportive, fun, and relaxed environment they deserve. Everyone is treated as an individual – even in a group!
We pride ourselves on being able to support anyone who needs us. If you are struggling in any way, we are always here to talk too and we have processes in place to make sure we can support you in the right way. Our Afterschool Club
After School Club is open 3:15pm to 6pm every weekday during term time for children aged 5 to 19 years old. We have two disabled access minibuses that collect children from the two local special schools and transport to our building or you can drop your children off with us yourself. Please get in touch for more information.
We are an approved Breaktime provider for our Afterschool Club and have 3 spaces available each evening. If you are a Breaktime member and would like to use your Breaktime hours for our Afterschool Club please get in touch.
Our Holiday Club
Also for children aged 5 to 19 years old, our Holiday Club provides a wide range of activities every weekday during school holidays (including Christmas!). Our list of activities includes:
Day Trips, Cooking, Gardening, Photography, Music, Arts & Crafts, Role Play, I.T, Making Friends and much more!
In addition to this, we continuously develop our facilities, equipment, and resources so we can provide your children with everything they need. This includes therapy bikes, accessible outdoor play areas, hoists, sensory areas, and lots more that we are constantly improving to be able to give you and your family the best possible care. Our staff have the following training:

- Administering Medication
- Personal Care
- Makaton
- Epilepsy Awareness
- Positive Behaviour Support
